The Pasadena Jaycees provides plenty of opportunities for on-the-job training. No experience is required for any of the positions listed, however, some may require a bit of knowledge of our organization (which we can teach you). Please note, these are not paid positions, and they typically last for a calendar year. If you are interested in volunteering for any of the following positions, please contact us as indicated below.

Mixer Coordinator...................................................................1-2 hours/month

Responsible for finding locations for our monthly mixers.

Membership Call Day Manager......................................................3-4 hours/month

Responsible for coordinating, recruiting for and attending Membership Call day once a month.

Website Administrator............................................................1-2 hours/week

Responsible for administrating the content of the Pasadena Jaycees website, updating news items, special announcements, featured events, and keeping projects and events accurate and up-to-date. No computer or programming experience necessary.

Assistant Webmaster..............................................................2-4 hours/month

Helping with maintaining and debugging the Pasadena Jaycees website, adding features, maintaining the database, etc. (Not responsible for web content). Some web design or computer experience helpful.
