To put it simply – the Pasadena Jaycees are young professionals dedicated to being a positive force in Pasadena through leadership and community service!
The Pasadena Junior Chamber of Commerce (aka the Pasadena Jaycees) is a local chapter of Junior Chamber International (JCI), a global nonprofit organization of active young citizens who are committed to creating a positive impact in their communities. We are one of many chapters internationally and within JCI California.
We are an organization made up of young professionals between the ages of 21 and 40 who want to improve the lives of those in the greater Pasadena area through community service.
But, it doesn’t stop there. We’re young. We’re fun. And we get things done! In addition to community service, the Pasadena Jaycees put on monthly mixers and other social events, and have a yearly exchange with a Jaycee chapter in Kasukabe, Japan.
Becoming a member of the Pasadena Jaycees means getting the opportunity to enrich the lives of the Pasadena and surrounding community and to make new friends to last a lifetime. Join one of our events and see what the Jaycees are all about!
There are few places these days where you can meet young people of all walks of life, dedicated to doing good things in the community, and having fun doing it. The Jaycees provides something all of us need: a group who are good, do good, and aim for goodness, for us, by us.
