Operation Strong: COVID-19 Relief Project

The Pasadena Jaycees have started a new project this year in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Jaycees will be providing  assistance and aid to the San Gabriel Valley community through the creation and distribution of over 1,500 hygiene kits, focusing on individuals experiencing homelessness and others in need, through partnerships with food pantries and homeless shelters.

Additionally, the Jaycees will provide a volunteer workforce to assist other local organizations, including Friends in Deed and Project Pasadena, in efforts to support those who are struggling to survive this outbreak.

The Jaycees are currently seeking both volunteers and monetary donations. Anyone interested in volunteering or donating to Operation Strong can email [email protected]. We are still looking for volunteers to join the committee to assist with marketing, outreach, fundraising, and preparing the hygiene kits – email us to get involved!

Want to donate to Operation Strong? Send your donation via Venmo (@Jaycee-Treasurer), PayPal ([email protected]) or check (payable to Pasadena Jaycees Foundation, 474 W. Walnut Street, Pasadena, CA 91103).
